So I made the trip down to Willow Spring with my friends Andy and Derry. Andy had been having some problem's with his Miata so he borrowed his friends 86 witch i think is pretty sick.
For the most part I hung out with the Nor Cal group.
As Much as I love So Cal, when it comes to drifting, I have way more ties to Nor Cal.
I love love love this old school Corolla
It was definitely a fun car to watch
Gotta throw in an FC for my friend Ruben, this guy is also a Nor Cal native
The Pro sessions were the most fun to watch
Matt Powers was out there doing some ridiculously long ebrake initiations
Taka Aono was out there as well
So was this dude..who's name i don't remember... i should've asked him
Unfortunately i missed out on the night drift team tandem comp because I went home (I was only two hours away) to see my mom and spend some quality time with my girl.
There was some sweet Horse Thief Mile action going on.
After a few setbacks, we were on our way back to Nor Cal. It was a great event lots of cool peopel and lots of cool cars.
